He spent 15 years in the building industry, and moved through all types and phases of construction. As a partner in FERTEC CA he specialized in residential and commercial construction working closely with design teams for high-rise apartment buildings and many high-end homes.

Since 2003 Emilio has been living and working in Cincinnati, OH. He applies his extensive knowledge and expertise in building and remodeling exquisite, unique homes.
